**Terms of Service **

Please read carefully before submitting an order.

**Terms of Conditions **

  1. I will start working on your commission once full payment has been made.

  2. Once an order has been made, client will have 48 hours to pay, otherwise I will have to cancel.

  3. Strictly no refunds after sketching stage, unless for some specific cases of emergencies in regards to the client.

  4. Please make sure you state everything that needs to be corrected on the sketching process. No major changes are allowed afterwards.

  5. Please ensure your references are of clear before ordering to avoid missed / misdrawn details.

  6. Tracing or editing the commission piece for any reason or purposes is strictly prohibited. I retain all rights to my works.

  7. I will not be responsible for the changes made due to your unclear reference.

  8. The final result will be sent through email (for a better quality) in PNG format.

  9. Please keep in mind that I have the right to decline certain commission request.

  10. By submitting an order, client is confirmed to have read and agreed with all the terms stated.

**Usage Rights **

  1. Commission produced is for personal use only (profile icons, page decorations, repost them online and so on as long as a proper credit is given).

  2. You cannot use your commission for any commercial use. Unfortunately, I do not offer any commission for commercial purpose.

  3. You are not allowed to claim my work as your own, retrace it, or use it to make profit. Still, you are allowed to use it as a reference.

  4. I may use them for my portfolio or post them online. Nevertheless, I will ask for your permission.

**DO'S and DON'TS **

  • Bishoujo/bishounen

  • Original characters

  • Fanart

  • Kemonomimi

  • Portrait (in my style)

  • Anything family friendly

  • NSFW (R18+), overly exposing clothes

  • Mecha, muscled characters, anthro, animals (pets is ok)

  • Realism, highly detailed background

  • Hateful/offensive art

  • Excessive violence, gore (slightly is ok)

**Additional Informations **

  1. Payment will be sent through BCA. Other local payment methods shall be discussed if needed.

  2. Please understand that I am a student and have other obligations outside of art, however I will do my best to deliver your commission in a timely manner.

  3. I will not receive any definite deadline.

  4. After completed payment, an estimated time for the commission will be given.

  5. You may request updates on your commission.
